The company was established in 2017, bringing together international experience, local expertise, and a professional approach to the development of mineral projects in Bulgaria.

Eng. Daniel Marinov
34 years of experience in the industry. He has worked for three of the world’s largest mining companies, across all continents except Antarctica. He has participated in the exploration of gold, copper, lead, zinc, iron, boron, and lithium deposits. He has held operational, supervisory, and management positions;
Eng. Valentin Buhov
32 years of professional experience. He has worked for global mining companies in the Middle East, India, Russia, Eastern Europe, and Bulgaria. He has held operational, supervisory, and management positions;
Vasil Dimitrov
20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked as a consulting geologist for a number of companies worldwide, including in the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Bulgaria;
Yordan Georgiev
29 years of professional experience. He has held operational and supervisory positions in well-known global mining companies and has worked in the Middle East, India, Russia, Eastern and Southern Europe, Chile, and Bulgaria;
Eng. Ivo Stalev
Over 24 years of experience in the field of geological exploration. He has spent most of his career working in Bulgaria, as well as in Serbia, Mongolia, and Armenia. He is responsible for the maintenance and updating of geological databases and their computer processing.
Eng. Stefan Georgiev
With over 30 years of professional experience in Bulgaria, Serbia, and other countries. He holds a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering and Geology from the Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute and has specialized in geochemical methods for the search and exploration of mineral resources at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Eng. Georgi Magaranov
32 years of professional experience. He has worked for global mining companies in the Middle East, Chile, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Bulgaria. He has held operational, supervisory, and management positions.
Katya Sarieva
Her responsibilities are related to the monitoring and protection of environmental components and permitting procedures. She ensures compliance with the standards and regulations concerning activities related to the protection of the environment and natural resources.
